Marina Mall

This is the major commercial component of the Marina World Development. The total built up area is approx. 95,000m2. It was the developer's requirement and marketing philosophy that the complex was designed to facilitate remodeling and redecoration on a regular basis and to provide special effects for special events. The intention is to have the facility to present a new look every few years as to maintain public interest, as well as attracting the International Retails Stores.

As it is proven in the past years since this Mall is open it became a destination in Kuwait, a place to be, to shop, to have a good time. It changed Salmiya and gave it a new identity.

Part of the Marina World Development, the Crescent is connected to the Marina Mall with a unique bridge. The Marina Crescent Building rings the basin at the end of the Marina Harbour housing mainly Restaurants and Cafes. The atmosphere is informal, friendly, the detailing deliberately nautical, and the materials suitable for a sea side environment.

The intent was to create architecture that is not aggressive, that is discovered every day and become more and more pleasant and appreciated with time. The unique location provides unrepeatable views from the terraces of the building on both sides towards the sea or inland.

Although located in a busy area, the architecture enables a Riviera feeling during the day, a memorable sunset view and even more at night when the lights sparkle in the water of the harbor.
