DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Free Kuwait, a phrase that made Kuwait synonymous with freedom. It has the track record to prove it, in 2009 it has topped the Arab World on freedom of press. The Building celebrates the process and brings it out to the street. Industrial areas have been treated as the city's ' back of the house' and aesthetics often neglected. We aspire to inspire Subhan to evolve and develop exciting adjacencies such as design offices next to printing press; we believe this project will inspire the neighborhood.

DESIGN CONCEPT
Bringing the back of house to the front, where the printing press is placed in front of the building and displayed to public in order to communicate the process, to be transparent as the newspaper seeks to be, and to invite commercial customers and communicate the company values. Creation of this iconic building is to enhance the industrial packed shapes to form differently and reflect positively on Sabhan district. To insure the success for the new generation of industrial building in the region, a special lighting consultant and an environmental specialist were appointed to reserve the esthetical aspects, comfortable and the building function.
