Hessah Al Mubarak Packages 1 and 2
The Hessah Al Mubarak District is the first ever comprehensive, mixed-use district in Kuwait. With its unique location overlooking the sea, and its proximity to the downtown business hub, the district promises its residents, as well as those who work there, an unprecedented experience. The total leasable built-up area of the Hessah Al Mubarak District will be 381,000 sqm, which includes 82 plots for residential buildings (high, medium and low-rise apartment buildings and complexes), serviced apartments, offices, clinics, health clubs, commercial activities, retail and food and beverage offerings.
Apart from quantity surveying, preparing tender documentation and delivering permitting and tendering services, SSH is carrying out design consultancy services, which encompass architectural, interior design, landscape, structural, civil and MEP engineering design for various plots located in different segments within the master plan:
Package 1: Residential units and associated facilities on Plot 160. Plot area is 5,509 sqm. BUA is circa 71,200 sqm.
Package 2: Residential units and associated parking facilities on Plots 158 and 159. Plot area is 12,930 sqm BUA is circa 42,500 sqm.
