BMW Showroom

This 22,500 sqm showroom is the largest of its kind in the Middle East, showcasing BMW, MINI, Land Rover and Rolls-Royce vehicles. A mezzanine floor appears to float above the showroom, accommodating the Al-Ghanim headquarters offices.

The curved roof designed by SSH is one of the building’s most distinctive architectural features. The interior achieves a clean, crisp aesthetic through the considered use of finishes, while indirect illumination and suspended mirrors enhance the showroom environment. The facility also includes a workshop with 86 working bays, parts storage, and a parts retail outlet.
