Master Planning
SSH has extensive experience in city design across the MEA region. With a focus on developing new cities and revitalising city centers, waterfront districts and urban neighborhoods, we have undertaken some of the most complex development projects in the region.
Our mission is to enhance the livability of cities and communities. We aim to create mixed-use communities that integrate land use and transit, promote smart growth and sustainable practices, foster a strong sense of place, and protect the natural systems.
We manage all stages of planning projects including:

Master Planning
SSH has extensive experience in carrying out all early project stages including pre-development studies, zoning and feasibility studies, master planning and urban design.
Over five decades, we have been involved in or led the planning of many of Kuwait’s most significant construction projects. For example, since 2000, we have been involved in planning studies for the State of Kuwait Master Plan 3rd Review, plans for developing Kuwait International Airport, master planning several new towns and master planning the Kuwait University City.
