The mixed-use master plan covers approximately 459,000 sqm and offers a range of residential apartments and retail outlets, office space, five- and four-star hotels, waterfront food and beverage outlets, a Souq, and various wellness facilities such as a spa, a fitness club, a swimming pool, and a children’s play area.

The Waterfront district, which is set to be the main attraction area of the master plan, is a high-end residential and retail outlet destination that is connected by a 900-meter-long promenade that provides entertainment, amenities, and exquisite culinary options. The promenade runs along the beach, making it an attractive destination area that faces the lagoon and creates a unique beach experience for the residents of Maryam Island.

Maryam Beach Residences is also raising the bar on leisurely living in the heart of Sharjah. It presents four residential buildings offering views of the Sharjah skyline and the promenade. With its aptly reflecting the marine shades of the sea – Cyan, Azure, Sapphire, Indigo – the four buildings are elegantly designed to cater to the unique needs of its residents.
