Fintas Tower

The Fintas residential complex, located near Gulf Road, is being developed in two phases. The first phase comprises a 30-floor tower, while the second phase includes a 15-floor tower, totalling a built-up area of 32,000 sqm.

SSH is redesigning the exterior envelope/façade concept with a contemporary design, focusing on durability and easy maintenance. Additionally, SSH is working on the interior concept design for public spaces, residential apartments and duplex villas, aiming for efficiency, accessibility, aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, functionality and sustainability.

The recommendation includes high-end quality interior finishes, creating an upscale living environment that attracts and retains high-quality tenants for the Fintas complex.
