Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior FF&E Interior Designer to join our Egypt office. The selected candidate will support the design team in developing FF&E concepts, preparing specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and project teams to deliver high-quality interior design solutions in line with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing FF&E concepts aligned with project design intent and client requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation packages.
• Develop and review FF&E schedules and specification manuals.
• Research and select furniture, fixtures, sanitary ware, finishes, and materials from international and local brands.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain samples, quotations, and technical data.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Support in preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, and project management).
• Maintain organized documentation of specifications, material libraries, and supplier databases.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or applied arts.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FF&E and interior design.
• Previous experience in consulting engineering firms is preferred.
• Proven experience in preparing FF&E Specification Manuals is required.
• Exposure to international market brands for sanitary ware, finishes, and furniture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
