Job Summary:
Lead the creation and execution of visual design across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, ensuring brand consistency and mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop original concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual content for print and digital media.
• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and resources.
• Review and approve designs from junior designers or contractors.
• Maintain brand integrity and quality across all visual communications.
• Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Strong communication, time management, and mentorship skills.
