Radisson RED Hotel Wins at LIV Hospitality Design Awards

SSH is proud to announce that the Radisson RED Hotel, located on Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, has been named winner in the ‘Architectural Design Hotel – Midscale & Lifestyle’ category at this year’s prestigious LIV Hospitality Design Awards. As a global platform celebrating excellence in hospitality design, this recognition marks a significant achievement for the project and for all those involved.

Located on Marjan Island, the 269-room Radisson RED brings the brand’s bold, design-led energy to one of the UAE’s fastest-growing leisure destinations. Set within a lively district of retail, dining, and entertainment, and offering private beach access, the hotel delivers a vibrant lifestyle experience for both leisure and corporate guests.

As the first franchised Radisson RED in the UAE to feature the brand’s updated concept, the property offers contemporary guestrooms, dynamic social spaces, four dining venues, and premium amenities including a gym, outdoor pool, spa, and MICE facilities. Construction is currently underway, with SSH also providing construction supervision services, and is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027.
