Address Downtown

Address Downtown is an iconic 63-storey flagship hotel development by Emaar Properties, located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. It was the first hotel under Address Hotels + Resorts, the premium luxury hotel and serviced residences brand of Emaar Hospitality Group, Emaar’s hospitality and leisure subsidiary.

The property comprises 220 guestrooms, 626 luxury serviced apartments, three floors of F&B outlets, a podium-level pool, fitness centre and spa facilities. In 2016, Emaar Properties contracted interior design studio Meyer Davis New York to produce a fresh, contemporary and inspired redesign.

SSH was initially appointed by Meyer Davis Studio, Inc. (MDSI) as the designer’s local representative, working with Emaar’s design team on the design development and coordinating with other consultants across MEP, façade, landscape and HSE. SSH also supported local material sourcing to meet the project completion programme.

During the installation phase, Emaar retained SSH to oversee the design integrity and quality of the installation works undertaken by the main contractor, Dutco, and sub-contractors Fino and Interiors International.

Address Downtown reopened in June 2018 and was recognised as the Best Luxury Hotel in Dubai at the 2018 International Hotel Awards.
