Role Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and design excellence. Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed architect (or equivalent certification).
- 12+ years of professional experience, including leading large-scale projects.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating innovation and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and principles.
