The Avenues Hotel is a 125m-high waterfront property adjoined to the east end of the Avenues Mall. In keeping with the iconic Arcapita Office Building, Wyndham and Four Seasons Hotels surrounding Bahrain Bay, the Avenues Hotel supplements the Manama north shore skyline with superb architectural form and amazing vistas.

The hotel draws on Bahrain’s growing tourist industry, as well as its immediate connections to the Avenues Mall. It is within 10 minutes’ drive from Bahrain International Airport, 20 minutes from the Saudi Causeway, and within easy driving distance of all Bahrain’s cultural, leisure and retail attractions.

The hotel’s offering consists of 214 guest rooms, an all-day dining facility, and speciality restaurant. The hotel benefits from a podium-level swimming pool with landscaped children’s area, gym and spa facilities for guests. The hotel can be accessed either via a dedicated valet drop-off, or by foot via the mall.

SSH undertook the initial concept studies in 2015 and completed the design and supervision in 2021.
