Hessah Towers

The Hessah AlMubarak District is the first-ever comprehensive, mixed-use district in Kuwait.

The total leasable built-up area of the Hessah AlMubarak District will be 381,000 sqm, which includes 82 plots for residential buildings (high-, medium- and low-rise apartment buildings and duplexes), serviced apartments, offices, clinics, health clubs, commercial activities, retail and F&B offerings.

Apart from quantity surveying, preparing tender documentation and delivering permitting and tendering services, SSH is carrying out design consultancy services, which encompass architectural, interior design, landscape, structural, civil and MEP engineering design for various plots located in different segments within the master plan.

Package 8: Residential Units and associated parking facilities on plot 161. Plot area is 5,506 sqm. BUA is approximately 74,000 sqm.

Package 9: Residential towers and associated parking facilities on plot 52. Plot area is 1,831 sqm. BUA is approximately 28,000 sqm.
