Mövenpick Ghala Heights, Muscat

The project required full design and construction supervision services for an integrated mixed-use development in Muscat, Oman. The development provides 146,000 sqm of built-up area within a site of 21,480 sqm.

The development includes a four-star deluxe hotel with 282 guest rooms and 58 serviced apartments. Three residential apartment blocks providing 144 apartments are located over a four-storey podium comprising three floors of office spaces and a high-ground floor retail zone. Basement parking over three levels provides for 1,200 car parking spaces and operational management facilities, including security, maintenance, refuse and delivery.

The mixed-use development was completed in Q1 2024, with the Mövenpick Hotel opening in January 2024.
