Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating CAD drawings for master planning projects from concept to detailed design, ensuring accuracy, standards compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination across planning, architecture, infrastructure, landscape, and utilities teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and develop masterplan layouts, zoning plans, land-use plans, road networks, utility corridors, and phasing plans.
• Convert concept sketches into accurate CAD drawings and maintain revisions.
• Coordinate with planning, architecture, infrastructure, landscape, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure integration.
• Implement CAD standards, manage layers, naming conventions, and templates.
• Conduct QA/QC checks and maintain drawing accuracy, scale, and dimensions.
• Prepare drawings for authority submissions and update based on comments.
• Maintain organized project file structures and manage Xrefs and external references.
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
• 3–5 years of experience in master planning or infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus).
• Understanding of land-use planning, road hierarchy, and plot subdivision.
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations is a plus.
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
