Landscape Architect

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Landscape Architect (Grade D) with 5–8 years of experience to join our Landscape team. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed landscape design packages with strong emphasis on Revit modelling and production of working drawings, ensuring full multidisciplinary coordination and compliance with project standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts and detailed design packages.
• Produce accurate and coordinated working drawings using Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Prepare tender and IFC documentation.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, and landscape detailing.
• Review material submittals and respond to contractor queries.
• Assist in preparing design reports and presentation materials.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and submission requirements.
• Participate in QA/QC and internal design reviews.

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or architecture.
• 5–8 years of experience in landscape consultancy projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with solid experience in working drawings (mandatory).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of landscape construction detailing and materials.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles and authority regulations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
