Job Summary:
Responsible for the structural analysis and design of post-tensioned floors and reinforced concrete structures, ensuring compliance with international codes and GCC regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical specifications.
• Design post-tension floors and reinforced concrete structures (ACI, ASCE, SBC, IBC).
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers.
• Conduct value engineering and optimize structural systems.
• Participate in client and authority technical meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of structural design experience, including GCC projects.
• Proficiency in RAM Concept, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and Adapt.
• Familiarity with PT construction sequencing and stressing procedures.
• Knowledge of wind and seismic design principles.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• BIM modeling experience and familiarity with local authority submissions are a plus.
