Role Overview
SSH is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Finance Department. This role is central to ensuring full compliance with tax laws and regulations while driving effective tax planning and financial accuracy across our organization. The successful candidate will manage all tax-related functions from compliance and reporting to audits and advisory.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain tax strategies, compliance procedures, and risk frameworks.
• Manage and oversee the filing of all tax returns (income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
• Coordinate and manage tax audits, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities.
• Provide expert advice on tax planning and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure full compliance.
• Stay up to date with GCC tax laws and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
• Apply for and manage Tax Clearance Certificates with local authorities.
• Support both external and internal audits, ensuring alignment with IFRS standards.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Taxation.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Big 10 Audit firm.
• Proven GCC (especially KSA) and Egypt tax experience.
• Preferably experience with architecture, engineering, or professional services firms.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
