SSH is thrilled to announce that Cape Hayat has been named ‘Award Winner – Residential High Rise Architecture Ras Al Khaimah’ at the prestigious Arabian Property Awards, celebrating the highest levels of achievement by companies across the development and real estate industry. This recognition is a testament to the exceptional design, innovation, and vision that went into creating this development.

Nestled in the heart of Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, Cape Hayat comprises four residential towers, offering a total of 700 upper mid-market apartments, from chic studios, 1- and 2- bedroom apartments to lavish 4-bedroom penthouses with private swimming pools. The towers are situated over a shared podium with a total built-up area of around 100,000 sqm, offering breath-taking views of the surrounding natural beauty, making it an ideal location for beachfront living. The design emphasises minimalist, sleek aesthetics and is complemented by marine-inspired colours, aligning seamlessly with the project’s branding.
