SSH announces new Resident Director for Kuwait

As part of a general, carefully considered restructuring process within SSH, it is with great pleasure that we introduce the new Resident Director of our Kuwait office, Khaled El Khoury. Although he now has a new role, Khaled is not new to the SSH family.

Khaled holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Texas University, and has more than 30 years of working experience in Kuwait out of which he has been with SSH for 20 years, involved in the design and supervision of major construction projects. In his initial role as Construction Director, Khaled headed the division with supervision projects portfolio of over USD 5 billion for the Gulf region, North Africa and the northern region of Iraq.

His experience in Kuwait spans across working for a grade ‘A’ contracting Company as Director of Construction on multiple upscale projects in various industries. Additionally, Khaled managed one of Kuwait’s leading banks’ real estate portfolio as the Assistant General Manager (Operations).

With his extensive management experience and an unrivalled insight of the home market, Khaled will spearhead business development by establishing and maintaining strong strategic relationships, improving team deliverables, and building the company’s brand, model and image with current and potential clients.

We are grateful for his commitment towards the business thus far and are confident that he will be an even more invaluable asset to the business in his new position.
