Capria East and Capria West at Ghaf Woods, developed by Majid Al Futtaim, form one of the 11 distinctive clusters within Dubai’s first forest-living community. Spanning 150,000 sqm, Capria is designed around nature, wellbeing, and everyday connection to green spaces, offering more than 1,200 premium one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplex residences.

Capria occupies a central position within Ghaf Woods, placing residents at the heart of this nature-inspired community. Nestled between lush forest trails and within walking distance of the DISTRIKT Lifestyle Centre, residents benefit from access to recreational spaces, wellness-focused amenities, social spaces, and community parks.
