SSH Appointed Lead Consultant on New Beachfront Development in Ras Al Khaimah

SSH is proud to be working with RAK Properties PJSC as the lead consultant for Cape Hayat, a prestigious beachfront development on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. The development will form part of a sublime and vibrant residential community, combining the best of luxury coastal living with panoramic views set within an idyllic natural environment.

Cape Hayat comprises four residential towers, two of which are 9 stories high, and the other two standing at 20 stories high. The towers are situated over a shared podium with a total built-up area of around 100,000 sqm, offering breath-taking views of the surrounding natural beauty, making it an ideal location for beachfront living.

Cape Hayat offers 668 upper mid-market apartments, catering to various lifestyles with a selection of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and 8 luxury penthouses. The podium roof provides amenities such as a gym, a multi-purpose room, swimming pools, a kids’ area nestled between extensive landscape, and a neighbouring premium boutique hotel. Additionally, the two podium levels for each plot will serve as car parks, tower lobbies, and retail spaces facing the picturesque seaside.
