SSH Moves to Next Stages of Hessah Al Mubarak’s Packages 1 and 2

SSH is proud to be working with Mena Homes Real Estate Company K.S.C.C on the design of Hessah Al Mubarak Package 1 and 2 located in Kuwait City.

The Hessah Al Mubarak District is the first ever comprehensive, mixed-use district in Kuwait. With its unique location overlooking the sea, and its proximity to the downtown business hub, the district promises its residents, as well as those who work there, an unprecedented experience. This urban cluster combines leisure, retail, offices and living areas with the assurance of delivering a quality lifestyle.

Apart from quantity surveying, preparing tender documentation and delivering permitting and tendering services, SSH is carrying out design consultancy services, which encompass architectural, interior design, landscape, structural, civil and MEP engineering design for various plots located in different segments within the master plan.

Package 1 is currently in the Tender Award stage and SSH is supervising the enabling works. We are also currently developing the Detailed Design stage for Package 2.
