SSH projects excel at Africa & Arabia Property Awards

The winners for the first stage of the acclaimed 2021 Africa & Arabia Property Awards have been announced.

The new luxury 5-star Marina Hotel in Oman was voted ‘Best New Hotel Construction and Design Oman’. The new development is set to bring an unprecedented level of entertainment, culinary delights, and energy to the city of Muscat. The recently launched Byout Hessah, a residential project developed by our client United Real Estate Company (URC), which forms a part of Hessah AlMubarak District in Kuwait, won ‘Best Architecture Multiple Residence Kuwait’. An all-inclusive neighbourhood, Byout Hessah offers a luxuriously contemporary living community with a unique mix of townhouses and apartments with stunning views stretching from the Arabian Gulf to the heart of Kuwait City.

Another project forming part of URC’s developments in the Hessah AlMubarak District is Hessah Towers – a high-end residential development that comprises 40-floor twin towers, offering residents a new standard of living, comfort, privacy, and security. This project received the award for ‘Best Residential High-Rise Architecture’ and ‘Best Residential High-Rise Development’ in Kuwait.

SSH is delivering design and construction supervision services on all three projects.

We are also delighted to announce URC’s St. Regis Hotel and Assoufid Development in Morocco were named ‘Best Hotel Architecture Morocco’ and ‘Best Residential Development Morocco’, respectively.

All projects have now all been entered into the next stage of the Awards, where they will be competing against other nominees within the same categories across their region. Regional winners, as well as overall international winners, will be announced on 26th January 2022.
