SSH Team Visits Nikki Beach Resort Site

The SSH Oman team and management attended a site visit this week to the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, organised by the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group). Several ministers, dignitaries from various government agencies, and OMRAN Group executive management members also attended the site tour.

During the visit, the group received an overview of the construction progress on site, which is currently being developed as part of the Sustainable City, Yiti. The group also received an overview of the components and details of the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa and an opportunity to see a replica of one of the resort’s opulent chalets, which will be available once the resort is finished. The model showcases the signature luxury and hospitality concepts of Nikki Beach worldwide.

The prestigious resort aims to infuse Muscat city with an unprecedented level of entertainment, culinary delights, and excitement under the umbrella of the six signature aspects of the Nikki Beach brand: music, cuisine, entertainment, fashion, film, and art. The luxury 5-star property was crowned winner of “Best New Hotel Construction and Design Oman” and “Best New Hotel Construction and Design Arabia” at the International Property Awards.

SSH is proud to work with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), key stakeholders, and industry partners on the first Nikki Beach property to launch in Oman. As the lead consultant, SSH is delivering full design services and is currently delivering construction supervision services.
