SSH’s First Signature Residential Development Launches in Pakistan

Aurum One is expected to set the bar for opulent living in Islamabad and serve as a model for upcoming housing developments in the area. It is an all-in-one residential, retail, and entertainment destination located near Islamabad’s Giga Mall on the G.T Road.

As SSH’s first signature residential development in Pakistan, Aurum One will be a high-rise complex with two connected towers and a retail mall featuring high-end shops and F&B. Aurum One is integrated into the overall Defence Housing Authority master plan with urban landscape and place-making to position it as a prime retail address for both residents and visitors. The main landscape plaza welcomes the public into the development, which creates a bustling mall entrance.

Aurum One is located on a 10,037 sqm plot comprising high-end 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residential units, retail units, and associated parking made up of 900 spaces. With a total project area of around 146,000 sqm, the development also includes a gym, an external rooftop pool, a business centre, and meeting rooms for residents. The panoramic, curved glass shapes of each tower are unique to the Islamabad city skyline and create a new benchmark for luxury living in the region.
