The results are in for the 2019 edition of Construction Week’s annual Power 100 list, and SSH is proud to see its CEO, Matt Squires, climb 11 places since his debut entry in the 2018 list.
The Construction Week Power 100 ranks the Middle East’s 100 most influential leaders working in the construction sector today, and 2019 marks 10 years since the ranking was first established. Celebrating the individuals shaping the future of the region’s cities, the Power 100 endeavours “to identify promote and appreciate the region’s superlative construction leaders”, according to Construction Week’s Power 100 editorial commentary.
Matt now ranks at 58 in the list for 2019, up from a debut rank of 69 in 2018. In the close to two years since his appointment as CEO of SSH, Matt has been focused on leveraging the platforms SSH possesses in each of its regional markets to improve growth and convert potential opportunities across the company’s overall footprint.
“I’m very pleased with our new ranking in this year’s Power 100 list,” Matt said. “This result is not only proof of our agile and focused approach to navigating current market challenges, but also of our contribution to the architecture and engineering sector for our clients and the community in general in our chosen markets.”
