The SSH-Designed Diriyah Sales Centre is Completed

Located within the Diriyah Gate master plan, the Sales Centre will provide visitors and potential investors with a unique sales experience and an opportunity to become part of the kingdom’s jewel.

With breath-taking views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, At-Turaif, and Wadi Hanifah, the centre is designed to serve as an immersive and ultra-high-luxury sales and exhibition venue. The centre resides on a plot area of 19,000 sqm and offers virtual and visual experiences of the Diriyah Gate master plan.

The development is a free-standing, purpose-built structure nearby Al Bujairi that offers potential investors (land and real estate buyers, leasing clients, etc.) in the Diriyah area a dynamic exhibition showcasing the tremendous investment opportunities within the overall DGDA’s administration area, which includes both Diriyah Gate and the exclusive community of Wadi Safar to the west.

SSH is proud to have delivered the concept design and design guardianship services for the sales centre which is one of the first buildings to launch within the Diriyah Gate master plan.
