Amibara Mixed-use Development, Ethiopia

Amibara is a high-end mixed-use development located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and spans a total area of 35,751 sqm. This vibrant community includes a six-storey retail shopping mall, a 35-storey office building, and 10 residential towers totalling 2,500 apartments. It also features a multi-storey podium parking garage for residents and visitors. The apartments offer modern living spaces and a range of leisure and recreational amenities, while the retail mall provides a variety of shopping and dining options.

The Amibara head office complex and the mall cover a footprint of 11,200 sqm, while the residential towers are on a 24,551 sqm plot, with each tower featuring a gross floor area (GFA) of 46,200 sqm.

SSH partnered with Amibara Properties to develop the concept master plan and schematic design of the residential tower.
