Hilton Garden Inn

The new Avenues Hotel is a 125m-high waterfront property adjoined to the east end of the newly opened Avenues Mall. In keeping with the iconic Arcapita Office Building, Wyndham and Four Seasons Hotels surrounding Bahrain Bay, the Avenues Hotel will supplement the Manama north shore skyline with superb architectural form and amazing vistas.

The hotel will draw on Bahrain’s growing tourist industry, as well as its immediate connections to the Avenues Mall. It is within 10 minutes’ drive time from Bahrain International Airport, 20 minutes from the Saudi Causeway, and within easy driving distance of all Bahrain’s cultural, leisure and retail attractions.

The hotel’s offering consists of 214 guest rooms, an all-day dining facility and speciality restaurant. The hotel will benefit from a podium-level swimming pool with landscaped children’s area, gym and spa facilities for guests. Access to the hotel will be either via a dedicated valet drop-off or the hotel can be accessed by foot via the Mall.

SSH undertook the initial concept studies in 2015 and completed the design and supervision in 2021.
