Breeze, Creek Beach District
The Creek Beach District will be an urban city set to provide a lifestyle experience unlike anywhere else in Dubai. Flanked by the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary, this waterfront development with spectacular views towards the Dubai skyline, will act as an integral link between the Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza, and Creek Island Dubai developments within the Dubai Creek Harbour district.
The first residential cluster Emaar has launched to market within Creek Beach District is called Breeze. Tucked away at the corner of Creek Beach, Breeze is a sanctuary for modern families, draped in nature and just minutes away from the stunning beach, canal and Creek Island Dubai. Breeze comprises three clusters of one- to four-bedroom apartments inspired by traditional Middle Eastern architecture and amenities include a private courtyard with barbeque facilities, private pool, gym and large playing area.
SSH’s scope on this prestigious master plan is to provide full multidisciplinary services as lead consultant comprising architecture, MEP, structures and public realm co-ordination. The district will be built in two phases covering a total GFA of approximately 343,700 sqm.
With the buildings identified in the master plan as low to mid-rise, the multilayered design intent creates a pedestrian-friendly zone at a human scale that encourages shopping, socialising and relaxing. The vision is to create a modern interpretation of an old Middle Eastern city, comprising a vibrant ground level with residents living above. A hotel will also bring the benefits of a hospitality component to the development.
