Five-star hotel, Ras Al Khaimah
The proposed Five-star Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah aims to deliver a seaside hotel experience in the area adjacent to the fast-developing Al Marjan Island district, zoned for hospitality and mixed-use development.
The site, located adjacent to the E11 National Road, boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel will house approximately 235 keys, ranging from 40 sqm classic rooms to 80 sqm executive suites, while offering private chalet units with direct access to the beachfront.
Other facilities include a fitness centre and full spa, outdoor adult and children’s pools with an adjacent kids’ club, pool bar, beach club and nightclub. Adjacent to the hotel and centred on-site, are the function facilities and the speciality restaurant. These are loosely poised beneath a lightweight and organically shaped grid-shell canopy structure, and act as ‘the jewel’ of Ras Al Khaimah’s shoreline.
To left of the central function facilities are the 25-key operator-branded serviced apartments, which include one-bedroom (75 sqm) and two-bedroom (115 sqm) arrangements, with access to a private pool. Below the serviced apartments is the public souk featuring further F&B outlets.
