Four Plots, Downtown Dubai

The Four Plots Downtown Dubai project is located in one of the most prestigious square-kilometre destinations in the world. Making up 500 acres of mixed-use development, it boasts world-class assets including commercial, residential, hospitality, entertainment, shopping and leisure components.

Nshama is currently developing 708 serviced apartments on a single development with a built-up area of 90,000 sqm, on an area of 14,300 sqm – the combined total area of four plots. The project comprises two towers, G + 35 and G + 45, on a shared single podium. This development is to be operated by The Address Hotel Group.

SSH was appointed to deliver a pre-concept design of the project.
