Dubai Creek Harbour is a mixed-use development and waterfront destination, only 10 to 15 minutes away from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. The development lines the banks of the historic ‘Dubai Creek’ adjacent to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, with the iconic city skyline as its backdrop. The overall development is split into nine interconnected districts, with Harbour Gate located within the island district.
Boasting an iconic backdrop of the city skyline, Harbour Gate, with its high-rise twin towers and connecting podium, does not disappoint. Situated on the eastern side of the island district, the two stepped towers comprise stylish one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Overlooking the leafy parkland below and the shimmering waters of the Dubai Creek, residents can access a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, restaurants, retail stores, cafes, a play area, and a leisure deck.
The development has been carefully considered to maximise available views of the new Calatrava-designed tower, the waterfront, harbour, central park, and long-distance vista opportunities, including the city skyline and Burj Khalifa views. The residential site will consist of a west waterfront harbour area and an east central park area, with more urban experiences to the north and south.
