The Dubai Creek Harbour is a new and bespoke, mixed-use development and waterfront destination, 10 minutes from downtown Dubai and 15 minutes from Dubai international Airport. The development lines the banks of the historic ‘Dubai Creek’ adjacent to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary with the iconic skyline of Dubai as its backdrop. The overall development is split into nine interconnected districts with Plot 30, Harbour Gate, located within the island district.
Located on the eastern side of the new island district and accented with waterfront and park views, the tower residential project will be a high-rise development consisting of two towers with a connecting podium along with retail and townhouse opportunities.
With heights of G + Mezzanine + 37 for Tower 1 and G + Mezzanine + 29 for Tower 2, the development has significant opportunities to maximise the surrounding views. The development is integrated within the Creek Harbour District with urban landscape and place-making to position it as a sought-after development in its own right.
The residential component of the development has been carefully considered to maximise available views of the new Calatrava-designed tower, the waterfront, harbour, central park and long-distance vista opportunities including the city skyline and Burj Khalifa views.
The residential site is to be made up of the west waterfront harbour area and a central park area to the east, with more urban experiences on the north and south. Dubai Creek Harbour is a new development from Emaar Properties in joint venture with Dubai Holding that is focused on building urban island residences onto the contours of the creek.
