KIPCO Tower

SSH led the design of the tower project featuring a distinctive 59-storey office and residential tower that instantly became a landmark building dominating Kuwait City’s commercial district in Sharq.

The offices have flexible mechanisms allowing tenants to customise the layout and improve space and facilities utilisation. KIPCO Tower offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the city and the Arabian Gulf. SSH’s design services also covered technology to control lighting, HVAC, blinds and other systems, using wireless touch screens, voice control and smart phones.
