J1 Beach, Dubai

The J1 Beach site is located on approximately 500 metres of pristine beach front in the suburb of Jumeirah 1, Dubai, forming part of two Dubai Development Authority (DDA) plots with a combined area of approximately 103,550 sqm.

Featuring multiple world-class restaurants and beach clubs such as Gigi Rigolatto, Serine, Bâoli Dubai, and Kaimana Beach, J1 Beach offers Riviera-inspired relaxation and exceptional dining experiences right in the heart of Jumeirah.

SSH’s full scope of work stretched from concept design to IFC, as well as site supervision. The project’s timeframe was short, and the whole design, from concept to tender documentation, required 7 months to be completed.

The official opening of J1 Beach took place in November 2024, marking it as a milestone in Dubai’s hospitality landscape.
