Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat

Situated on Yiti Bay just 30 minutes from the Muscat airport, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Muscat features 140 rooms and 30 villas with private pools. On-site dining concepts and facilities include the beach club, three signature Nikki Beach restaurants (Café Nikki, Escape, and Soul Lounge), three swimming pools, a pool bar, Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and a marina. As a top megayacht destination, the location will appeal highly to the yachting community.

The design features two hotel wings with uninterrupted views of the marina and beach from all rooms. The central pool steps down through the resort, connecting all the key public spaces and villas to the F&B outlets, beach and Yiti marina beyond.

The resort aims to infuse Muscat city with an unprecedented level of entertainment, culinary delights, and excitement under the umbrella of the six signature aspects of the Nikki Beach brand: music, cuisine, entertainment, fashion, film, and art.

This project was the first project to be awarded within the overall Yiti master plan development and is a flagship project for the master plan.

The 5-star marina hotel was voted ‘Best New Hotel Construction and Design Oman’ and ‘Best New Hotel Construction and Design Arabia’ at the International Property Awards in October 2021.
