Marassi Al Bahrain

Marassi Al Bahrain is part of a joint venture agreement of Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment and development company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, and Diyar Al Muharraq, the developer of mega-project Diyar Al Muharraq.

The master plan is set to become the kingdom’s premiere ‘smart city’, offering luxury homes, high-end shopping, leisure and entertainment. An 875,000 sqm development, Marassi Al Bahrain includes 4,500 luxury apartments, 250,000 sqm of retail space, and Marassi Galleria, a shopping and entertainment destination, among other amenities.

SSH is involved in several projects within the master plan such as Marassi Boulevard, which comprises four low-rise residential buildings of seven to 10 floors, including more than 240 homes, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, and boasting 700 sqm of community retail. Marassi Boulevard features contemporary architecture that blends with the local climate and boasts views of the vibrant street scape, combining community living with an urban feel.

SSH was awarded the full design contract for the project by Eagle Hills. The residential mixed-use development is located within Marassi Al Bahrain, the region’s premiere urban waterfront project.
