SSH was appointed as Design Lead by the client of the scheme that features both hospitality and residential properties, over a site covering 750,000 sqm. The scope of work for the project will consist of full multidisciplinary design services for a new five-star hotel property and accompanying residential accommodation comprising luxury golf-branded villas and apartments.

The first phase of the project, which consists of a high-end 18-hole golf course set against the backdrop of a landmark mountain range, has been completed.

The second phase comprises a hospitality, residential, retail and landscape component. The hospitality component will include a luxurious St. Regis Resort Hotel, offering 60 guest rooms, 20 villas, a ballroom, conference centre, restaurants and other leisure facilities, as well as separate branded villas. The residential component will comprise standard as well as twin villas, whereas the retail element will include variously-sized apartment units, shops and a sports academy.
