Sheraton Five-star Hotel

The five-star Sheraton Hotel is located on plots 108 and 153 in the Northern Central Area, close to Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi Al-Shareef in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia. It comprises two G+15-storey towers, accommodating a total of 435 keys and connected by a sky bridge – the first of its kind in Madinah. The roof terrace on the 13th floor offers a viewing deck and tea house, providing visitors with panoramic views of the city.

The two plots are located across a six-lane road, with each featuring a street-level colonnade linking the adjacent plots. The maximum permitted BUA above ground is 15,754 sqm for Plot 108 and 15,175 sqm for Plot 153, with a basement area of 4,000 sqm per plot.

SSH was appointed as the lead consultant for this project in November 2019.
