Sheraton Five-star Hotel

Taiba Investments intends to build the Sheraton Five-star Hotel with two towers and a connecting bridge on the plots 108 and 153 in the Northern Central Area surrounding the Al- Masjid AI-Nabawi Al-Shareef, Al-Madina AI-Munawwarah. The proposed hotel development shall consist of a total of 610 keys. The hotel tower on plot 108 will consist of 306 keys and the hotel tower on plot 153 will consist of 304 keys. The project also consists of a link bridge proposed between the two towers.

The maximum allowable BUA above ground is 15,754 sqm for plot 108 and 15,175 sqm for plot 153 and 4,000 sqm for basement per plot.

SSH was appointed as the lead consultant for this project in November 2019.
