Sunset, Creek Beach District

Following Breeze, the first residential cluster launched within Creek Beach District, Sunset is the second residential cluster in the development. Located closer to the beach than any other building in the district, it comprises a collection of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom waterfront apartments, offering residents a unique waterfront lifestyle where the city meets the beach. Residents own a state-of-the-art home in a pedestrian-friendly community with private gardens, waterfront views and resort-style amenities. SSH acted as lead consultant, architectural partner, and structural engineer, and provided building services for the prestigious Creek Beach District master plan.

Flanked by the Ras Al Khor Wildlife sanctuary, this waterfront development enjoys spectacular views of the Dubai skyline and forms a key connection between the Calatrava-designed Dubai Creek Tower & Plaza and the Creek Island Dubai developments within the Dubai Creek Harbour district.

Creek Beach comprises a diverse range of residential units set amongst a network of courtyards, walkways, and family-oriented waterfront spaces, complemented by vibrant retail, F&B, and commercial amenities. The district is interspersed with a wide range of public, communal, and private amenities, while a hotel adds a hospitality component to the development.

The district is being built in two phases covering a total GFA of approximately 343,700 sqm.
