Volkswagen Showroom

​Located on the south side of the 4th Ring Road in Al Rai area of Kuwait, the Volkswagen Showroom is the largest VW-brand showroom in the region, with a total floor area of approximately 5,000 sqm.

The building includes two basements levels, which act as storage for new VW vehicles, with a final basement level that houses a rapid-service workshop and carwash area.

The ground floor contains the car showroom itself, while a mezzanine floor comprises the showroom’s office facilities. The roof of the building comprises employee car parking and features solar powered car sheds.

​SSH was appointed by client Bahbahani to carry out design and construction supervision services on the project. The showroom was constructed over a three-year period, with its official opening taking place in late 2018. The project is considered a signature showroom for the VW brand in the Middle East.
