Diriyah Sales Centre

The Diriyah Sales Centre site is located within close proximity of Al Bujairi, approximately 500 m east of the historic town centre. The area has been under the administration of DGDA since 2017 and is located within the Diriyah Gate master plan, a mixed-use destination set to become Saudi Arabia’s foremost historic cultural and lifestyle destination.

The Diriyah Sales Centre was designed to serve as an immersive and ultra-high luxury sales, hospitality and exhibition venue. It is a free-standing, purpose-built structure that offers potential investors (land and real estate buyers, leasing clients, etc.) in the Diriyah area a dynamic exhibition, showcasing the tremendous investment opportunities within the overall Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) administration area which encompasses both Diriyah Gate and the exclusive Wadi Safar community towards the west. Diriyah Gate also offers a diverse range of local and international dining experiences – from casual to fine dining experiences, set in a variety of settings ranging from urban squares to wadi vistas.

The Sales Centre has a BUA of 2,450 sqm, with a maximum height of 12 m across ground and first floor levels, and is situated on a 19,000 sqm site.

SSH’s scope included the development of the concept design, together with design guardianship to protect the project’s design intent throughout construction.
