Al Khiran is a mixed-use development located in the heart of the Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City. The 70,000 sqm multi-use waterfront complex includes a five-star resort, 300 retail stores, tempting restaurants, a shopping mall, two residential towers, one furnished apartment tower, and a 900-berth luxury marina. To ensure adequate natural light ingress and maintain cool temperatures inside the 750-metre-long, two-storey shopping mall, design elements, including ETFE roof structures and mashrabiya panels, have been used.
