Located on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, Cape Hayat comprises four residential towers, two of which are 9 stories high, and the other two standing at 20 stories high. The towers are situated over a shared podium with a total built-up area of around 100,000 sqm, offering breath-taking views of the surrounding natural beauty, making it an ideal location for beachfront living.

As the lead consultant, SSH will ensure that the design adheres to world-class standards. The project accommodates a total of 668 upper mid-market apartments, including 216 studios, 276 one-bedroom apartments, 168 two-bedroom apartments, and 8 luxury penthouses with private swimming pools. The podium roof provides amenities such as a gym, a multi-purpose room, swimming pools, a kids’ area nestled between extensive landscape, and a neighbouring premium boutique hotel. Additionally, the two podium levels for each plot will serve as car parks, tower lobbies, and retail spaces facing the seaside.

SSH has been appointed to deliver the full scope of services including all engineering disciplines and project management from concept design stage to tender drawings.
