Ras Al Barr envisages the development of a residential community with premium commercial, retail, leisure and community facilities, offering a superior lifestyle.

The project will be developed on a total site of 4,200,000 sqm of which phase 1A is approximately 1,490,000 sqm.

The development will require both dredging and reclamation activities, as well as subsequent development of the reclaimed land mass.
