The Mangrove

The Mangrove is a cutting-edge mixed-use development situated along Korangi Creek in Karachi. Designed to redefine urban living, this gated community is envisioned as a vibrant hub with a distinct identity and character. The master plan is designed to create a thriving environment where residents can live, work, and play. It features a technology zone and residential enclave which frame landscaped spaces, seamlessly connecting to the surrounding neighbourhoods and community areas, and ultimately leading to a retail and F&B boardwalk overlooking the serene mangrove.

Spanning a 40-acre triangular plot divided into 17 subdivisions, The Mangrove aims to strike the perfect balance between modern urban living and serenity of nature. The development integrates a variety of elements, including retail, leisure, eateries, housing, hospitality, and office spaces. All components are support by well-planned circulation and parking infrastructure to accommodate the anticipated traffic needs upon completion.

SSH’s scope of work included Master Planning, including Infrastructure and Landscaping, while also serving as the Lead Design Consultant for the project assets.
