360 Degree Mall

The 360 Degree Mall in Kuwait offers a unique family entertainment experience and comprises three separate entertainment centres. The aim was to produce a ‘non-themed design’ to house rides and entertainment facilities for the ‘first time in Kuwait’, serving male and female customers of all age groups within a 9,100 sqm site.

The Family Entertainment Centre, ‘Infinity’, has been designed to the highest international standards and specifications for leisure venues. Guests can experience rollercoaster rides, a ‘drop tower’, rope course, rock climbing, or enjoy playing video games.

The Freeze Club includes 1,500 sqm of entertainment space. The Bowl Room accommodates a VIP bowling alley in an area exceeding 2,500 sqm. 360 Degree Mall provides a complete cinematic experience encompassing two VIP cinemas and 3D IMAX technology.

SSH developed the concept design in collaboration with the client. SSH also provided fully detailed contract documents and assisted the client in the bidding process, leading pre-tender meetings as well as the review and evaluation of the bids from a technical, contractual and financial point of view.

SSH was furthermore responsible for project management of the facility, covering both construction and engineering management. The scope included quality, procurement, cost and time management, as well as all aspects of site management, including health and safety, HR, communication and risk management.
