AKT Office Tower

SSH was appointed to design an iconic landmark building in Khobar to include offices, amenities and conference facilities. The proposed development is 152 m high (36 Storeys) with four basement levels for services and a 13-storey car park structure. The development provides approximately 64,000 sqm of built-up area, and accommodates state-of-the-art ICT (LIFI) and highly efficient TWIN Lift technology.

SSH is the lead architectural and engineering consultant for all stages of design and delivered a fully co-ordinated BIM package and supervision of this new development.
